Case that goes well with Zagg Screen Protectors

I purchased a TPU case and started having problems with the 30$ screen protector I purchased at best buy :/.. I love the screen protector, but doesn't get along with the cover.

Anybody have experience with a good cover that will not cause bubbles or problems in general with ZAGG screen protectors?

I was thinking about getting the flip cover, but I've heard it isn't as durable and it is a pain to use the camera.

What do you guys think?

I have the same problem with the Pt Platinum smartcase holster. It completely digs up the Zagg invisible shield. The jackass at Best Buy jammed it on there after I explained to him that it won't fit with the Zagg. I already have bubbles creeping in from the edges.

Well the good thing about that is that they come with a lifetime warranty so you can just explain that at bestbuy and theyll give you a new one.

I've noticed that not many cases are compatible with the Zagg for the SIII. They've made all the cases so tight (probably to keep them as thin as possible), that most are really not compatible. Anything that wraps around the front will not be.

Check out the Case-Mate ones. I've never had a problem with the Case-Mate POP cases and Zaggs on any phone. Hopefully I won't with the SIII. That's what I intend to get.

I put a Zagg on mine within hours of buying it - they've never failed me yet on numerous phones.

I've got an Incipio case on mine while I wait for my Kraken AMS case to come in. The Incipio and the Kraken both have a silicone-type inner layer the sits well on top of the Zagg and doesn't cause any damage to it. This will probably be true for the Case Mate ones also I assume.

I've used a Seidio surface case before and it scuffed the Zagg where it went on and off, but as long as I was careful to slide it on or off slowly it didn't bubble or rip it on me.

Any hard case will probably be very tight on SGS3 with a Zagg, but that's just the way they're built and, with some care, you can still probably make the pair work anyway. If there's any doubt on your part ask to try putting on the case yourself to see how it fits. DON'T have the store folks do it - That way you'll know if you're able to make it work for you or not.

Same problem here with my cruzerlite case. It seems to be peeling up the top corners on the phone. I thought it was cause maybe I didn't put enough solution on it, but now I see its more the incompatibility of the 2. Like the TC said, 30 dollars for a SP vs the 10 dollar TPU case

I still have the screen protector that came with the phone and it works fine with my Speck Candyshell, so I can only assume that the Zagg would be fine.

A tip for anybody who is getting a zagg.. before u apply it u can shave a very small smal piece of the protector with a razor to keep any case from lifting it. I did this in my gf phone and the particle small part of the screen that is unprotected doesnt make a difference.

Any links to the cases stated above that work with the zagg?

Wow the kraken is sexy

Yes it is - And serious protection too if you need it. But, it doesn't fit into pockets or other carries easily. The belt clip looks flimsy and is kinda hard to get the phone into until you get used to it. Once you get it down, though it's a sweet setup. :D

Must be a carrier thing. Sprint versions only come with a packing protector on the back (which is odd).

Any updates on this? I had the Zagg HD and loved it until a case I used messed it up. I'm currently using a Steinheil Ultra Nano that I had to trim around the edge because it wasn't sticking. I like the Zagg because it goes edge to edge and covers the entire face of the phone, but need to know if what I want to do will work before spending another $25 on a Zagg.

I'm using the Seidio Convert case, which is a Seidio Surface case with extra protection on top of it. The case slides on in two pieces, top and bottom and fits fairly snug around the edges and the face of the phone. It's close enough where I can't tell if it'll work or not without screwing up the Zagg. Anyone tried this perhaps?

I have found that the seidio surface slides on and actually overlaps and covers the sides.

Yes, I have that one too. But the problem he is describing is that it catches on the sides of the screen zagg or other wet type protector BECAUSE it overlaps on the top.

Holy poop, I commented my own post. Oops

I got the Skinomi Protector (like zagg but cheaper, I had a gift card to amazon) anyway my el cheapo case works fine with the protector. The skinomi actually went on perfectly, a feat I never really did with the zagg since my Voyager. the case is a two part plastic shell, not too protective (Like to think of it more as ablative armor) but plays nicely with the screen protector.

I had the same issue with the zagg but now I have the zagg hd screen protector with the ringke slim lite case.. No troubles!

I always have best buy install my invisishields, I had mine put on yesterday and I guy messed up three times so I got four for the price of one. They can be tricky to put on but will last the life of your phone.

I've been using a zagg hd and Incipio silacrylic case. No problems at all, no peeling on the sides or anything.

I hate cases, but I must say that I found a good one for my S3. I was worried about the phone slipping out of my pocket at work or when I get out of my car because it is so glossy so I finally got a case. I got mine on amazon for just under $10. Elago jean indigo. Check it out on there if you get a chance. I thought I would hate it but as soon as I got it I realized this company makes a nice high quality product. I might buy some more in different colors. The blue one I got goes great with the white S3. And it's so cheap.

Well I ended up not even trying it....sent back to my otterbox defender with built in screen protector removed. The reason I quit using the otter box is because I hated the belt clip...turns out, it fits into the locking seidio belt clip that came with the convert case so all is good. Zagg + defender + seidio belt clip = me happy for now

sg3 with zagg hd and dztronics matte black flexible tpu case....does NOT work. Had to replace my zagg as case rubbed on 3 of the 4 corners and lifted zag. new zagg, now have to find case cover that will work.

just ordered an Incipio SA-311 SILICRYLIC DualPro from Amazon based on reviews here. Will let you know how that works out.
