thanks!, and the reason why i love that clock + weather widget is that it gives me temperature in nice color in notification window, app called beautiful widgets(for others to see)

Nova Launcher Prime, Mystic Halo LW live wallpaper, MetroStation icons, "Month Calendar Widget", Beautiful Widgets (weather), Minimalistic Text (day/day of the week).
Edit: SwitchPro widget also.
 
In order to take a screenshot simply swipe left or right using the side of your palm. If this doesn't work go to Menu=> System settings=> Motion=> Check Motion activation, then make sure "Palm swipe to capture" is checked at the bottom of the menu.
 
Greenmunky: How did you get that Fancy Widgets clock to line up so nicely with the Google widget? Looks like you used the ICS Standard clock widget from FW, compressed. Mine is a little off in alignment and color.

It is the ICS FW clock, I had to modify the text color which you can do from the Appearance menu. I just selected the 4x1 widget (I have the Pro version of FW, it's possible the layout I'm using isn't available in the free version).
 
Sorry guys running stock - makes my life so much easier.

Did a few left/right crop variations of larger pics for lock screen/home screen combos
