It's called slider widget. Pretty cool little app, let's you change the color, and there are four different sized widgets.

BTW. The wallpaper is Holo Grid paid version. It's only a 1.19 and is way cool. It's a live wallpaper that is highly configurable. And I experience no lag while using it. And I havent noticed any reduction in battery life either.

Now that is a theme I would like to see in a Rom. (Sorry Brian, I didn't get your rom flashed before heading out of town, but I brought my good laptop and will either do it tonight or in the morning)

Holo launcher is great even with the free version. The paid version just has some extra gestures, and a couple of other things the free doesnt. I mainly bought it to support the dev because it's such a great launcher and They update it at least once or twice a month. It's come a long way in just the few months I've been using it. And 2 times I requested options to be added to the launcher and both times they were in the next update.
As far as what we can expect with ICS the answer is yes and no. Yes in the sense that holo is based off the stock ICS launcher with just more options in the settings. No in the sense that LG will still be putting their LG home launcher over ICS and the theming in it is white and a different kind of blue. tbh ICS for our phone is kinda ugly lol ...but supposedly it does run very smooth with no lag and of course the devs will be working on roms right away and we should have plenty of different UI to choose from. And of course you can always run whatever launcher you want. I'm sure before the day is over (the day ICS releases) I'll be putting holo or some other custom launcher on my phone. The stock launchers for all the brands suck in my opinion. LG Home, Touch Wiz, Sense, and Moto Blur. They all suck. Maybe LG will prove me wrong though

OK. So we can use this on ICS, and yeah, it will be an improvement over the "Optimus UI" I'm sure.
Then I'll probably stick with it.
I purchased the ADW Launcher EX version, I'll probably do the same to support the dev.
It's very nice.

what other screens? I'm not using any themes with holo launcher. I just change the wallpaper.

This is my current... I'm not an "icon" sort of person (coder at heart, what can I say? lol)...
Holo Launcher with a 10x10 grid. Minimalistic Text and UCCW for the widgets.
Very nice. I'd like to have links to all the stuff you are using.

I set the grid size to 10x10 (maximum amount to be able to position things exactly), turned off the dock and the notification bar. The font I'm using is segoeui.ttf (which is available from RTB). You have to set the fonts folder (in Minimalistic Text) to be where your fonts are downloaded from RTB.
MT has some great options for getting text proper. The only thing I have UCCW for is numbers (which aren't shown in the sshot) for missed calls and texts.
Aside from that, a lot of hours spent creating all the widgets and spacing/resizing them properly. I made heavy use of intents in MT to launch everything.
The wallpaper is from Zedge (yeah, I know, Zedge sucks, but... lol).
Total cost: 0$.
