Help could not be downloaded due to an error (489)

Hi, Using Samsung Galaxy S3.

When I attempt to download the majority of android apps it gives me a "could not be downloaded due to an error (489)" has any one experienced this same problem and if so how did you fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I didn't find an actual fix, but I noticed that this only happened when I tried getting apps from a certain wireless connection. When I downloaded off my own data it didn't give me the error.

This is what worked for me:

“Go to settings->apps->all and scroll down to 'google play store' and ‘clear data’ then scroll down to ‘google services framework’ and ‘clear data’ then reboot you’re phone and that’s it enjoy.”
