When I moved to NC, I loved messing with kids asking them to pronounce that city's name. They'd always do it phonetically.

Well I've been there to work and back home since that post and it has not been a good Monday morning.

No, I'm not alright, but that's nothing new.

I've been trying to get back in the groove for several weeks now, but RL has been chasing me around with a pointed stick, live skunk and a hive of angry bees.

The latest was during one of the many annoying storms my mother-in-law (83 years old) slipped on the ice and broke her wrist. She had to have pins and a plate put in and since she lives alone we needed to stay with her for a bit.

Before that ... you don't want the list of "before that" without a note from your psychiatrist ... and mine.

I hope to ease my way back into the forums ... fora?, forae?, forux? whatever, over the next several days.
