Root (Port) Behold 2 1.6 ( No Twiz w/ Busybox & Rooted Kernel )

@BH_MAN, im pretty sure you'll have that bug fixed by tonight, no point in releasing two versions within hours of each other. I seem to be in the minority here, but i'd wait to see if you can fix it before you release.

Agreed. We can be patient.

Hey BH_MAN any way you can include the behold II camera app in the new hybrid rom? Because that would totally make it one sweet ass rom!

Hey BH_man you are doing wonderful work, I downloaded No Twiz w/ Busybox & Rooted Kernel last night on to my phone and fell in love. Yeah there are a few things that were stated that could be fixed, but all in all it is a great fast functioning ROM that made me think this phone may actually be worth using. If you truly have hit the holy grail I am going to be there with you excited and full of anticipation. But as stated please do not rush, however will eagerly be awaiting your post :). Thanks again!

AARG! I must have missed the part about the camera.

And to think I always hate it when other people ask questions that have already been answered like three posts earlier...

Love your work! I'm liking this Warhead. Phone incoming seems to be working. having fun, just changing the clocks and weather and stuff. I'll just about get it figured out and you'll have an eclair build out. I'm not complaining, just lovin' it. Keep up the great work!
Thanks

ahhhhh Man. I really wish I knew Java coding......To me the Galaxy dialer and contacts is the only thing missing out of Warheads..Everything else is flawless (In my opinion) ....

Heh, its not java that you are looking at. It is mostly assembled code.
Im a CS major with java as my main language and the complex smali files are somewhat hard to follow. Also i am assuming that BH_MAN is trying to tie in dependencies and that will be extremely hard as you cant simply re-write the code in java, you need to basically "HACK" it in by writing in the assembled form and hope that you did it right. Ridiculously hard task.

I've noticed that I can actually get really good battery life if I reset my phone while it's plugged into the charger. Normally I would only get about 11 hours of battery life for a complete charge but after I started reseting my phone while it was on the charger (found this out when my phone rebooted while on the charger) I am now at 50% after 11 hours with wifi on the whole time. This also worked after flashing warhead last night without going through the whole recalibration process of draining your battery and charging your phone while off. Maybe this will work for some people so I thought I would post it.

Oh and I did try the reboot after unplugging and the recalibration and none of that stuff ever worked for me. This is the only thing that has.

That makes sense, the dialer and the contacts share an interface of abstract methods to both use. It appears that the interface is missing that method.

edit, lol i know that didn't help at all but i felt like explaining the problem.
