I just tried to unlock, but got errors, says the Device is Offline
[*] Moving laf.img to sdcard/Download folder

1. Power off your device
2. With the device powered off, plug in your usb to your computer, power on and hold volume up until in fastboot mode.
3. Open Command prompt or terminal and cd to the same directory as your scripts, once there, type: fastboot devices and then fastboot oem device-info (to check)

I got nothing. tried that today, but only gets me to Download Mode.
I'm on the Firmware Update screen, it says UNROOTED on the bottom.

if it boots, the touch doesn't works, if i try to enter recovery to install the latest, i can't D:

You must flash stock firmware, root, unlock bootloader and flash custom recovery.

how do you know that it isn't a mechanical problem? (digitalizer)

in dd command you change file name?

yeah i renamed img to b.img and changed dd if=/sdcard/b.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/boot

only thing that im not sure about is that i MAYBE didn't do that kmsg ok kmseg (whatever) right...I do not know what else can be ...
Do not. In dmesg can see, what nfc device not initialised. I find and fixed problem in device tree, but all the same not working.
