Oh glob, I'm not an expert but I thought I read d321 / crickets l70 I believe has not received root privileges. Idk xda-university prob?Can this work on d321? and does anyone know where I can find basic instructions on how to port TWRP or any recovery onto my device.
Yes it does Towelroot works and than I used SuperSU it rooted successfully theirs just no recovery or rom for this L70 model yet maybe if more people own this device. I've been trying to get my hands on another d321 for testing purposes only just don't have the $ right now.Oh glob, I'm not an expert but I thought I read d321 / crickets l70 I believe has not received root privileges. Icons are different because Slim changes DPI (Dots Per Inch). Just open build.prop and change:is good, but the icons are not very good, my device is a d320 and does not work the rear camera and flashlight, even so it is a good start
, thanks for the input
PS: do not speak or write English (I'm from mexico) if not well understood![]()
I made the process you mentioned as such and yet the rear camera does not operate flashlight, cell phones work with the data given solution ....Icons are different because Slim changes DPI (Dots Per Inch). Just open build.prop and change:
ro.sf.lcd_density=200
to
ro.sf.lcd_density=240
And for camera, it must work, you probably haven't followed install instruction in the OP to the word. If reflashing fails, try to format again, but also format /system via CWM (find it in mounts and storage). Hope this helps!
It's currently in ALPHA stage, so expect more features when it hits nightlies. You can try PAC Lollipop ALPHA, as it is currently has more features than SlimLPLove ROM should add back advanced menu though don't like to have to download something go reboot to recovery
I'm using it myself until Slim hits nightlies
Love ROM should add back advanced menu though don't like to have to download something go reboot to recovery
It was my mistake to put in thread title that it works on d325. As I remember, Slim is single sim only system. Or am I wrong? Somebody else with d325, please confirm if ROM is not working on your device.on LG D325 startup error -
unfortunately, System UI has stopped
...and the best thing will be that Slims are preparing their own theming engineIn love with this light weight ROM ..battery life is outstanding..you took away all the stuff that runs the battery I get a good 15-16 hrs off this ROM with heavy use of apps like Pandora and Facebook... That theme engine was cool but without it I notice a big change in performance...
can't wait. I just love Slim roms!That is not good... Dear god no... (more and more fragmentation) UNLESS.... THey are using AOSP's overlays...and the best thing will be that Slims are preparing their own theming enginecan't wait. I just love Slim roms!
I cannot remember how's it called to save my life, but it's something like that. More and more roms are accepting that standard, LiquidSmooth for example.That is not good... Dear god no... (more and more fragmentation) UNLESS.... THey are using AOSP's overlays
Hopefully it's compatible.I cannot remember how's it called to save my life, but it's something like that. More and more roms are accepting that standard, LiquidSmooth for example.
Is it really?Just noticed battery saver bug is fixed on this ROM
Probably cause 5.0.2. Does it actually save a lot of battery?Is it really?![]()
