I have ordered a custom case that I designed personally to dress up my Note8 since I won't be seeing the glass back and still want to look at something pretty and not just a block. I got it at case-custom but there are surely other sites that are as good. Then I ordered a tempered glass screen protector making sure it said it was case friendly. We will see about that one as I am skeptical.
I was reading an article about the 400GB card and the first comment was 'you guys are crazy for spending that much on a memory card. I got a 512GB card off eBay from a seller in China for $29.99'

The largest-capacity card on the market is 400GB, and it was JUST released by SanDisk. It retails for $250 (which is a STEAL for external flash memory). If anyone out there really thinks that they can buy a generic 1TB card for $45, and so far nearly 80 suckers have pounced on this one listing, then they almost deserve to lose money and data. I don't care if it's marked and reads 10TB: once you hit the physical limit of that card, your data will fall off the face of the earth, never to be seen again.
Common sense prevails!

While I like my Bose QC35s, these earbuds may prove acoustically superior for movies and such. I probably won't be able to wear them long term because I can't stand things stuck in my ear (hence my inability to use hearing aids). But we'll see what they sound like when they arrive.

Thanks for the tip. Mine came to $7.12 with sales tax and I have several USB-C cables.
According to Samsung's website, the Alcantara case "Will ship week of Sep 18th 2017". Let's hope that's the case (pun intended).
