Anyone came across a guide to root using mac?

So I just flashed vanilla root box and an now having problems with the security settings force closing every time I try to set up my screen lock pattern. I have tried everything and am out of ideas. Reflashed, wipe cache/dalvik, new kernel, the reddit fix via term em,etc. Not sure what else...

Has anyone came across an aosp rom with a multi Window feature? I want to jump back to aosp, but tthat is a deal breaker for me. Thanks.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the button assignment on MOAR? Specifically want to make home button the power button. I've seen that cm and liquid smooth have this feature, but I would imagine this is possible on a tw rom. Tried going into system files to see if I changed...

For the former og owners, you already know. There is a new 4.2.2 ROM by team dirt who made some killer ROMs on the old evo. Flashed last night and I'm impressed. Smooth and good battery life. Can't link because I'm on my phone, but search XDA and you'll find it.

So I was browsing the play store and came across boot manager from the og days. It now lists the GNex as a supported device. Has anyone tried this yet, I just want to confirm before purchasing.

Okay, since flashing sorcery 4.0, whenever I receive a phone call I have to dial 1 to accept/answer. Is this a 4.2 feature that I an just not aware of or Google voice feature? Either way any ideas on how to disable it?

I recently purchased a nexus for my girl, but its already rooted. Can I activate if its rooted as long as its the stock rom (4.1.2)? I know with the og it had to be a stock ROM, but never activated an aosp phone. I will would imagine its the same.
