How to run the video-*.mp4(hardware capable) when someone calls you, basically instead of ringtone video should play

i wanted to ask that after rooting my phone will i be able to have flash player installed in it or not.Because basically other than that i dont want any other features.

any of the video in youtube are not playing on my phone I had tried to root the phone but was successfull until the superuser part after that i was not able to do. then also the youtube videos were not playing + gtalk not working so i used the SE software to flash it back to factory settings...

i wanted to know that is somebody buys an app from the app market the files of that app must be downloaded to your phone directory and we should be able to find out where they hav uploaded the files like cracks in other games(pc) so we may be able to bypass the whole buying thing and get things...
