This Samsung dialog is an example of what Cory Doctorow calls "ensh*tiffication". You've probably heard that term.

IIRC, I could only Continue if I agreed to precise location tracking. I'll double check when the update agreement request comes back. In any case, I almost always have my location turned off. Hopefully Samsung can't get my precise location with location turned off.

They're not optional. When I uncheck any one of the circles, the "Continue" button becomes greyed out and cannot be pressed. Any ideas?
