Whenever I get an incoming phone call I get a pop up message say that I have no internet connection and my phone drops to 1x. I am on Verizon. Does anyone know if this an S6 problem or a carrier problem?

Does anyone know how I can reset the data usage time frame to match my actually billing cycle? It seems once the phone is set up it just counts 30 day increments wit no way to adjust it to start on a particular date.
