    Root need help sell droid razr but keep root

    Hey i just rooted my droid razr and am looking to sell it but my question is how can i keep the root on the phone but delete all personal information and deactivate the phone... i don't have a sd card.everythings on.the internal storage... even the root app.. all i can think of is deleteing all...
