    Help Note 2 shows as "empty folder" in Win 8

    When I connect my Note 2 to my PC it shows up in File Explorer. But when I go to look at it, file explorer says "This folder is empty". Of course it is not empty as the phone works just fine. I just cant install or remove anything anymore. Any suggestions?
