    Help Downloading / uploading issues

    i just bought htc evo 3d and i got the problem. i can't download stuff like music pix even saving photo from face book. it told "unsuccessful download". then i find the way to resolve the problem and i did everything such as delete cache or change the web browser. i still can't download...
