    need to quickly get to contact favorites??

    I'm a tech in a sprint store, I have a customer who has a hero and it takes like 3-4 clicks to get to her favorites...that to me just seems dumb and it annoys her. Is there a way to put a shortcut to her favorites? I looked all over but couldn't find anything in the phone. Any help is greatly...
