    Help lg gt450 network or sim card error

    Hi new on here and could use some help, just got gt450 from a mate and put a new sim card in and tried to top up but it wont let me make out going calls or receve calls from other people. went in to setting and tried to mess about with it to get it working, then it says 'network or sim card...
