Quite new to all this.
Just got my Tenovo CY-7806 phablet. The incoming volume of the phone function is very low (barely audible) and if I attach an earphone to hear better - the microphone (outgoing sound) totally ceases; ie the person to whom I am speaking does not hear anything from my side !
