    Help PLEASE HELP! S voice and tts engine not working.

    i rooted my phone deleted chat on.. then unrooted my phone and now s voice not working and the text to speech engine stopped. i tried switching it to google tts engine it didnt work.. tried to install chat on back on the device still dont work tried looking for answers on web couldnt find any...
