    Root How to root triumph and add cm7 for noobs!!!

    When trying to boot into CWM by pressing both volume keys and power button, my phone just vibrates, that's all it does, which from there I have to take the battery out to make it quit. Did I do something wrong?

    Root How do I remove cm7?

    Okay I bought the Motorola triumph off of eBay and it came with cm7. I cant activate my phone with cm7 on it. So I need it removed and I have no idea how to remove it. Please help I am in tears, every time I try to reset it, the cm7 wont leave! Help me
