What transfer platform do you use to upload music and playlists to your phone from your pc?

I can connect to Kies fine, contacts, photos and other stuff work, but it wont let me make playlists. I can see and select all the music on my phone through kies, but the option to make a playlist is greyed out. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
