Hi, I saw your post regarding Rally. I wrote Rally and it will do what you wanted, but it's a bit cluttered. I am modifying the app so that the GPS distance can be ignored, hence allowing you to do what you want. You will also need RallyData to provide the set of different speeds/distance/times to use. The updated version will be available in about a week.
