    I honestly wouldn't know how to fix the issue directly. My only suggestion would be to follow the unbrick guide.

    I would also remove the battery, remove the sim card, reinsert the sim, and battery and turn it back on to see if it continues to do so.

    You may be better off reporting it to Virgin Mobile and have them take a look at it. Sounds like a hardware issue.
