    sync to pc problems please help

    hi im new to the forum and own a htc desire . i downloaded the sync to pc software but my phone says it can find it on my pc . my pc says that the drivers are ready for use . im not very good at trouble shooting these sort of things . if anyone has any ideas what to do id be grateful thanks
