Anyone figured out how to get rid of the default "Sent by the Android S5 blah blah blah" email signature? I googled it and found lots of tips on how to remove it from earlier generations of the Galaxy, but nothing at all on the S5.

Three times in the past week my phone has called 911 while sitting locked in my pocket. Every time the local police call me back asking if I'm in trouble - I need to stop this before they start treating me as a public nuisance! Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
