    Help Mega Rings Once for Incoming Calls

    My carrier is ATT, phone is a Samsung Galaxy Mega. Ever since I've had this phone, incoming calls will only ring once audibly then continue to ring silent. Anyone with this experience or know how to fix? Thanks, Richard
