    Help Apps eating all my data

    I've had my pone a few months now. Last month it ate all my data and they charged me 50p a day. I thought I'd got everything switched off but it's doing the same this month too. My friends has the same phone/package and says the 500mb allowance is fine for him. Any idea how to see what's causing...
