    Root Help me flash a kernal?

    Someone said my kernel isn't compatible with velocity v4 and that is why it is putting me in a boot loop. Can someone give me a compatible one? I'm on an lg ally 2.2. And also, can you give me the steps to flashing it? When I go into recovery, I wipe the cache and the dalvik cache. Then what?
