    Help Behold 2 cycle through boot screen

    I am not sure what else to do. I tried to hard reset but it kept going blank like the phone was turned off but it still vibrates. then at one point it gave me nothing but a blue screen and now I tried to hard reset and it froze on the behold ii screen.
