My LG V10 is constantly disconnecting from Wifi because it thinks the cellular data is faster (it's not). After some research I found the issue to be the "smart network switch", but I cannot find it anywhere, including Setting > Wifi > Advanced Wifi. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello, This is my first LG phone. I bought the LG v10 and while I was setting it up I clicked "do not show messages in lock screen" and for the life of me I can't find it in settings. I'd like to be able to read my texts in the lock screen! Please help!
