    Samsung Galaxy Tablet - Phone Capabilities

    I'm in Canada, and like the US our smartphones are locked. The Galaxy tablet has its phone capabilities disabled. :mad: I can have the tablet flashed with Euro OS so I can use the phone, but it was suggested the phone will incur roaming charges rather than make use of my voice plan. :(...
