Hi my log in name is rideon my wife and I have the S3 and mine is working good but hers is not so good. We got these Nov-Dec time frame and my wife has had 5 refurbished phones and is looking for the 6th. Any way these are our fist So called smart phones. Here volumes are so low she has a hard time hearing them. Is there some thing you can help me with to make these phones perform better. Thank you ken
