This is an incremental update to Cyanogen 12 (Android version 5.0.2), not the anticipated upgrade to Android 5.1. Changes:

So, no-go with OxygenOS, and if you've been encrypted and dirty flashing CM12 since before 1/16/2015...
Go to Settings > About phone > System updates to get it. Unlike previous updates, this is a full ROM that can be flashed clean, but beware that it flashes a stock recovery.
If using TWRP, be sure it's updated to the latest version or it may not work.

READ THIS FIRST:
After downloading "oxygenos_1.0.0.zip" you will notice that it contains a folder with two files:
oxygenos_1.0.0_flashable.mdf
oxygenos_1.0.0_flashable.zip
Extract the oxygenos_1.0.0_flashable.zip first, then copy it to the SD card, wipe, flash, etc...
Wow, I can't believe it's been since Nov 7th since we got an update! This is an update from 44R to CM11s 05Q Kit Kat and not the full ROM. Go to Settings > About phone > System updates to get it. I'll be scanning for a zip of the OTA file for those to impatient for it to come to their phone :)...
Apparently, the cause of the delay is “manufacturing challenges with the Snapdragon 810.”
Also, it will be called the OnePlus 2 instead of the OnePlus Two.
