    Help Can't activate bluetooth Voice Commands

    I have a bluetooth audio connection to my Ally, but can't invoke a voice command prompt by press-holding the headset button. Rebooted, re-connected, and tried two bluetooth headsets, but still no response. Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
