I noticed that a couple of our devs have their roms available on Goo IM. Does this mean we can flash their roms via the Goo Manager app, or should flashing still be done via CWM?

I recently began having problems with the instagram app. It doesn't FC but after I snap a photo, it won't upload. I uninstalled it & went to the playstore to reinstall it, but now it's saying my device isn't compatible. Is anyone else having this problem?
