I am having a weird problem with my phone when I am making calls. The "end" button to hang up the phone is now a small button on the right side of the phone instead of the bottom of the screen instead of along the bottom. How did I do this and how do I change it back? Thanks

I have seen several people complain about the Atrix's inability to do sideloading apps. I currently have an iPhone and am not too familiar with the android operating system. What exactly does this mean and what are the ramifications (or what can I not do) if it doesn't allow sideloading?
