    Volume to vibrate

    Anyone experiencing issues with the volume not going to vibrate and visa versa? I can turn down my phone and it won't go to vibrate. And I can turn up my phone from vibrate and it will appear to go up but I get no sounds. I have to restart or shutdown to fix it.
