I have an epic 4g and just recently when I try to open a pdf file, I get a Quick Error: not enough memory available to open. Not sure what to do. I downloaded pdf reader but still get this Quick Office error. Had never gotten it before. How do I rectify?

Something is sucking the life out of my phone, this seemed to come out of nowhere. I'm losing well over 15% an hour, in idle mode. Usually it's WAY less than that. I got rid of some apps but can't seem to find the answer. I read somewhere maybe I should do a soft reset but... can't seem to...

Over the last few days I've taken a few videos with my phone. Just yesterday I went into my Gallery to watch them and they weren't there. I then went into my SD card and couldn't find them there either (in order to get to SD card, I went thru Astro). Any idea on how I do a search on my phone...
