    Help Memory question

    The sg2 has 16 gb storage right? But when I go in the menu to see the memory it says 11.50 gb.. How come?

    Help Samsung galaxy 2 won't be turned off

    When I turn off my phone, it take i couple of seconds and i turn itself back on.. Anyone know why? Is there anything I can do about it?
