    Help Call forwarding HTC Android phones

    Hi. I'm trying to find out how to connect a call I already have going to another phone (by putting on hold and calling someone else, then transferring and hanging up.) I can get a call conference with all 3 participants, but if I hang up, we all hang up. How is this feasible on android ala HTC?
