    Any luck with exchanges?

    I've been reading through the threads seeing if I could find some stories on exchanges but I wanted to get some clear answers. I bough my phone on 10/9 and the handcent fix will work for me for about a day or 2 and then it just stays awake. I was curious if anyones had better luck with a phone...
