    I am a bit new to phone alterations but recently had to upgrade phones. Bought a newish refurb S4 from a big dot com. Changed APN settings to run on tmobile and seems to work but signal is junk...! within 300ft of a tmobile tower and I rarely have full signal. sitting at 2 bars and 3g right...
