I am wondering if theres a way to change the colors, like a white background for texting with black text instead of the whole theme being black and white?

Does the S3 have a real GPS on it, or is it like most cell phones and uses towertriangulation? if it is a true GPS, is there a place i can download maps on my wifi for a specific area instead of it eating up data ? (If it would?) Thanks!
