I've read a couple things about smart lock function. I have the ability to set up trusted devices and trusted faces but I don't have the trusted locations options. Everything I've read this should be an option. Anybody else having this issue?

So I did the 2.2 OTA update yesterday and now it has screwed up my phone. My question is, can I wipe my phone and start over? Can I install 2.2 RUU? My phone has all kinds of bugs now, including but not limited to: -Cannot get on the internet, browsers close after a few seconds...
