Hey there my note 3 right headphone is not working. There is less sound. If I press volume keybof the headphone loud sound comes but once I stop pressing key it goes back to very low sound . Is there any solution

Hi my note 3 heat up while charging. I even restore it but it still is not working normal. After few minute of charging phone and charger adopter also heat up. It was working normal before the 28 mb update or may be after. Is there any solution for this plz advice me soon..
