I took my phone in because it wasn't charging and they said that they were unable to fix it. They told me next week they will call me to come in and get a replacement. Should I unroot my phone before I swap it for the replacement or does it really matter?

My phone is rooted with Fresh 4.2 and I can't seem to get Sprint TV to work. Every time I launch it, it attempts to update and fails, rendering the application unusable. Any help is appreciated.
