I have recently bought this phone it immediately downloaded marshmallow. I notice in SMS texts in built in messenger , hangouts and contact+ smilies ;):(:mad: etc don't get sent or appear in the sent text. Is there a workaround for this thanks

I am very very new to this - I have just got a LG Optimus Me P350 and tried to pull up the my account web page of my service provider. Can anyone tell me how to enter my user name and password - or any other field for that matter? There is no keyboard available to use. Thanks I know...
