    Help Screen trurning on.

    Suddenly today after a reboot I am seeing a weird thing. Anytime I get any kind of notification whether it be email or gtalk or anything else, my screen is coming on. I don't want this as it is going to absolutely destroy my battery life. Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?
