Hi, I'm worried that I wont be able to update to Jellybean for 2 reasons: 1. When I open the settings page on my S3, then go to about phone, the option button to "Update Software" is missing. 2. When I connect my phone to my pc I get an error message saying "Hardware I.D. missing, please...
